Our skin is a living, breathing organ covering the body that helps regulate temperature, protect what is underneath from changes in temperature and our skin is an indication of how we are doing physically and mentally. When we worry frown lines or forehead wrinkles show up. When this is a pattern of behavior the lines become deeper and the wrinkles become more extensive.

If life didn’t show up on our faces and elsewhere it might be an indication that we haven’t experienced the whole gamut of what life has to offer us. We can just as easily have smile lines and wrinkles from laughter. This can be our pattern of behavior that shows up with the same evidence but gives a much different impression when we look in the mirror.

No matter what the origin of your lines you can love them but also not want to foster their predominance in which case looking after your skin is a healthy endeavor. There are NUMEROUS products out there that will assist you with this. Some of them, many of them are very costly.

If you want to spend money use these products with pleasure otherwise some good old fashioned common sense can go a long way to keep your skin healthy. Number 1 is to drink plenty of water. This flushes toxins from the skin. Number 2 is do not abuse your time in the sun and number three is eat whole foods that are organic to reduce the amount of toxins going into your system. And be happy!
